1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Project Futures ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Project Futures provides:

  • Spread Scanner — real-time monitoring of funding rate and price spreads across cryptocurrency futures exchanges
  • Trading Tools — simplified position opening on exchanges via user-provided API keys
  • Telegram Notifications — spread alerts delivered to a private Telegram group for subscribers
  • Market Data — aggregated pricing, funding rates, and spread data from 20+ exchanges

The Service is a non-custodial analytics and trading tool. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your cryptocurrency funds at any time.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One account per person — multiple accounts may be terminated

4. API Keys and Trading

Important — API Key Usage:

  • Providing exchange API keys is entirely optional and at your own discretion
  • You should never provide API keys with withdrawal permissions enabled
  • All API keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption before storage
  • You can revoke and delete your API keys at any time from your dashboard or directly on the exchange
  • Position opening happens via direct API calls to exchanges — we never intermediate or pool funds

5. Risk Disclaimer

Trading Risk Warning:

  • Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor
  • Futures and derivatives trading carries additional risks including leverage-related liquidation
  • Past performance and historical spread data do not guarantee future results
  • The spread data provided is for informational purposes — we do not provide financial advice
  • You are solely responsible for all trading decisions and their outcomes
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from positions opened through our platform or based on our data
  • Exchange API outages, rate limits, or connectivity issues may affect position opening

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Premium features require an active paid subscription
  • Payments are processed in cryptocurrency via third-party payment processors
  • Subscription periods begin upon payment confirmation
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support via Telegram
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days notice

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or download data from the Service
  • Share your subscription access or API credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Use the Service for any illegal activities including money laundering
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security measures
  • Redistribute or resell spread data or alerts commercially

8. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and data presentation formats of the Service are the intellectual property of Project Futures. The scanner interface, notification systems, and data aggregation are protected by these Terms.

9. Service Availability

  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced via Telegram when possible
  • We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime, exchange outages, or network issues
  • Market data accuracy depends on third-party exchange APIs and may contain delays or errors

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Futures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, all stored data including encrypted API keys will be deleted

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or Telegram. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
